After being a noob on ps2 modding about a fortnight ago and not wanting to spend £30 for a network adapter on my fat PS2, I messed around with E2OPL to no avail. I found this and was genuinely suprised that I couldn't find this on the internet, granted I didn't look very far but I couldn't find this method and when I could I just thought it was for the ethernet method (which I recommend if you have a slim PS2 as the games are alot faster and can actually run videos.)
First you will need to download USBUtil By ISEKO
Next, have a PS2 game iso file.
Open USBUtil by ISEKO
Click file - Create game from ISO
Next in the from section, select the location of ur PS2 ISO.
Select the ISO of the game that you want to play.
And in the TO section, just put it in the USB drive you wish to put your game into. E.G - F:
DON'T put the game in a folder, like CD or DVD. You only do that for ISO files, this is where I was going wrong in the past.
Now, you will have a game split up into more than 4 parts. Just leave these as they are, the PS2 must put them together as they work in this format.

Download the cover, in your USB drive, make a folder named 'ART'. And after you have downloaded the picture e.g this one just keep the name the same, with the SLUS/SLES format (pending on what region it is, OPL can play games of any region.)
Then just take the USB out of your computer and plug it into the PS2, open OPL and it should be able to find the game. If not then the technological geniuses of reddit should be able to help you. If a game doesn't work then as much as that sucks it might just not be compatible, move on to the next game. Which would annoy me but OPL gets updated so it could be added one day.
