Live can find Fender ASIO driver, but FUSE says 'no amplifier connected' in the lower left corner. I have tried to uninstall everything a few times, tried to install in different order etc.

whats up with the door? window quit working or what? theres nota seperate fuse just for the drivers door... if the window quit inthat door, its probably the window lift motor or maybe theregulator broke, these are both VERY common to these trucks..

inside the drivers side door, you will see a fuse panel door when you open the car door on the side of the dash. they're labelled, i believe it pwr wnd but test them all.
